Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative
Our New Berlin partner is on the lookout for motivated dispatcher who is driven by goals and eager to be acknowledged for their dedication, skills and hard work. Position Overview: Full time hours Monday to Friday with occasional weekends and call.  As a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in scheduling and dispatching service calls while also supporting various office tasks like data entry and customer follow-ups. This position requires sharp attention to detail and effective pre-planning due to its fast-paced nature. Experience in Field Service, Commercial Refrigeration, or Appliance Service would be advantageous. If you shine in phone communication, have a background in scheduling and dispatching, thrive in a dynamic work setting, and value recognition for your contributions, then you might be the perfect fit for us. We cherish individuals who prioritize customer satisfaction while also exhibiting strong logistical abilities in managing calls and customer requirements.
