The Harris Poll is seeking a Research Analyst to join our Brand Custom Research Team. This role will focus on research projects aimed at solving clients' business challenges. The Analyst will work closely with a team of seasoned researchers and industry leaders within a dynamic, driven, and collaborative environment. Contributions from this role will provide actionable insights to help clients develop and enhance their brand strategies.
The ideal candidate has experience in market research and is well-versed in both quantitative and qualitative primary research methodologies. We are looking for curious, collaborative, and forward-thinking individuals who can serve as problem solvers, client partners, and champions of high-quality research.
The position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while fostering strong internal and client relationships.
\n Responsibilities:Support client research needs and contribute innovative ideas and relevant solutions that exceed client expectationsCollaborate with senior staff on survey design, including questionnaire and discussion guide development, as well as analytic report preparationManage multiple projects across various clients while effectively prioritizing tasks and timelinesKeep projects on schedule by proactively updating senior staff and research operations on project status Skills and Qualifications:1-2 years of survey or market research experience (client or supplier side). Bachelor's degree required.Experience with global or tracking research is a plus.Hands-on knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative research processes. Basic experience developing screeners, questionnaires, discussion guides and analytic reports.Proficiency in data visualizationOutstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, independently, and identify and resolve problems.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional organizational and project management skills with acute attention to detail.Results-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in deadline-driven environments.Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; SPSS experience is a plus.Excited to contribute within a collaborative and energetic team environment.
\n$55,000 - $65,000 a year
To comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws, we believe the target base compensation, in all locations within the United States, for this role is $55,000- $65,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills and experience.
