The Harris Poll is seeking a Research Services Coordinator who will be a key link between Client Services and Operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that we design, execute, and deliver high quality insights to our clients. In this role you in collaboration with both Client Services, Operations as well as external Vendor Partners, you will be involved in critical stages of the research process from collaborating with Client Services on the final survey instrument, coordinating with Operations staff (survey programming and data processing), and setting up/managing external vendor support (e.g., translations, data collection, sweepstakes).
\n Responsibilities:Review and assign projects using project management software (Asana)Manage client sample projects by utilizing sample delivery tools (proprietary software and vendors)Overall research excellence from design through deliveryDevelop and maintain quality and productivity standards for all projectsPartner, engage, and collaborate with client services by advising/consulting on best research practicesServe as a resource for client services and operations throughout the project lifecycle Understand and monitor external project budgets, investigate issues and recommend appropriate actions Oversee coordination of fieldwork for client sample studies, troubleshoot and implement creative solutionsCoordinate with external vendors (e.g., translation, sample) Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience Market research experience would be a plusExcellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsSolid customer service skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsCollaborative and proactive in customer service approach; highly solution focusedDemonstrated effective client management (internal) skillsAbility to handle multiple projects while maintaining a high level of quality Self-motivator with an interest and enthusiasm for research and problem solving Proficient in Microsoft Office, intermediate/advanced skills in Word and Excel, Salesforce (desired)Experience with email deliverability, Sendgrid and anti-spam laws a plus
\n$55,000 - $70,000 a year
To comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws, we believe the target base compensation, in all locations within the United States, for this role is $55,000- $70,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills and experience.
