As a Lead Carpenter with a focus on residential experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing various construction projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead Carpenter - Residential Construction Experience:
* Lead and participate in carpentry tasks such as framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and custom finishes.
* Demonstrate advanced carpentry skills and techniques to maintain high-quality craftsmanship throughout the project.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any carpentry-related issues that may arise during construction.
* Supervise and mentor a team of carpenters and laborers, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure efficient and effective performance.
* Conduct thorough inspections of workmanship and materials to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
* Implement quality control measures and address any deficiencies promptly to maintain project integrity and client satisfaction.
