Seven Starling partners with OBGYN clinics across the country and leading health plans including UnitedHealthCare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna to make care easily accessible and affordable. Seven Starling is seeking a highly knowledgeable and organized  Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee the entire revenue cycle management process for our organization. This includes managing the claims submission, payment posting, claims denial management, and collections functions. The Billing and Revenue Cycle Manager will also be tasked with building and leading an internal billing team, establishing efficient processes, and implementing best practices to optimize our revenue cycle.
\n What You'll DoManage the full revenue cycle, including claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collectionsServe as the subject matter expert on all billing and reimbursement regulations, policies, and proceduresDevelop and document standardized billing and revenue cycle workflows and proceduresOversee the transition from our current third-party billing vendor to an in-house billing departmentRecruit, hire, train, and manage a team of billing specialists and representativesAnalyze key revenue cycle metrics and KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actionsCollaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure accurate and compliant documentation, coding, and billingStay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to medical billing and revenue cycle managementImplement automation and technology solutions to streamline the revenue cycle processServe as a point of contact for payers, auditors, and other external stakeholders as neededPrepare and present detailed reports on revenue cycle performance to leadership Who you areBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, accounting, finance, or a related field5+ years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, or healthcare operationsProven track record of leading and growing a billing and revenue cycle teamIn-depth knowledge of medical coding, billing, and reimbursement regulations and guidelinesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsStrong project management and process improvement capabilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionallyProficient in using revenue cycle management software and data analysis tools Perks & BenefitsCompetitive paid time offCompetitive parental leave and return to work policyOne-time stipend to enhance your work from home experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurance 401KMonthly stipend for your choice of wellness benefitsAnnual professional development stipendVirtual team events
