Job Description: The team at CLO Virtual Fashion is growing! We're looking for you to join us as a high-performing Revenue/Sales Operations Manager to build and manage the sales processes and infrastructure to take CLO to the next level. You will lead revenue/sales operations, own CRM systems (Salesforce), manage sales cycle data, marketing data, forecast, track KPI and own data for a growing team of 50+ Business Development managers and Customer Success managers. The RevOps Manager will report to Corporate Strategy Lead and will help shape all revenue-related operations. This position is based in New York, with an expectation of being in the office most days while offering flexibility for remote work based on Company policy.
\n ResponsibilitiesManage and analyze all enterprise software sales deals, metrics, process, and sales stakeholdersCreate and optimize infrastructure and processes in CRM (Salesforce) and across CLO's revenue tech stack to build a scalable, repeatable, data driven sales machineDrive strategy around achieving predictable revenue such as funnel management, forecasting and reporting; managing sales pipelineConnect tools and systems (CRM, internal tools, project mgmt tools, payment flow, dashboards, enablement, etc) for optimal workflow and visibilityHandle sales-based reporting and analytics to inform strategy across sales, marketing, and customer success via one source of truthManage strategic projects with Business Development / Corporate Strategy and the Executive Team to create efficiencies and automation across functionsWork with Corporate Strategy to build forecasts and models for various planning initiativesAnalyze data to inform sales targets, quotas, incentives, geos, verticals and commission structuresHandle CRM hygiene to ensure accurate data quality and accurate reportingCreate dashboards and reports for the customer journey (pre and post sales) RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, BizOps analyst roles at technology companies, Management or Technology Consulting, or Data Analyst/Scientist roles. Bachelor's degree - quantitative major is a plusMust demonstrate the ability to work effectively with large data sets and hit the ground running in a dynamic environmentStrong Salesforce CRM systems/reporting, dash boarding and workflow skills or desire to quickly learn Salesforce CRM from the ground upStrong understanding of or desire to learn B2B Software, sales process, and customer journey with associated metricsStrong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint/Google Slides presentationsYou're adaptable and accountable.
