income: $60 per hour (depending on practice)

We are currently seeking practiced RN managers/Managers to manage and supervise a skilled nursing facility in Monroe, NY. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of practice working as an RN in a skilled nursing facility or hospital and be able to lead and delegate work to support staff.
RN manager / Manager General Requirements: »Minimum of 6 months of practice working as an RN in a skilled nursing facility or hospital
» capability to lead and delegate work to support staff
»Availcapability to work all shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am)
»Minimum 3 shifts per week and 1 weekend per month
»Strong communication and interpersonal expertise
» capability to work in a fast-paced environment
»Current RN license in the state of New York
RN manager / Manager Responsibilities: »Manage and supervise the skilled nursing facility
»Assess newly admitted patients and discharged patients
»Provide direct patient care as needed
»Delegate tasks to support staff
»Monitor and document changes in patients' physical and emotional well-being
»Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
»Ensure that all care is provided in conformity with facility policies and procedures
