_*Willard Care Center *_is a skilled nursing facility located in Willard, Mo*. *We are currently accepting applications for our *MDS Coordinator* position. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse preferably with prior experience as a MDS Coordinator. RN license must be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing. Knowledge of skilled nursing facilities survey process and regulations would be helpful.

_*The MDS Coordinator*_ is responsible for coordinating the completion of the resident assessment in accordance with current Federal and State regulations. Assists with the development of a comprehensive resident assessment and care plan. Participates in resident/family care plan meetings. Reviews and validates reports and ensures appropriate follow-up action is taken.

Participates in various meetings and committees: Medicare, QAPI, Weight Management etc.
