Ebenezer's Registered Nurse RN role would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior residents are met in our beautiful and vibrant Assisted Living/memory care in Lakeville, MN
Nursing position includes;
64-hours in two weeks Evening shift - flexible hours 12-hour shifts, every 4 th weekend Full Benefits (paid time off, education assistance, medical, dental, matching retirement monies, wellness dollars, RN student loan repayment); The Fountains of Hosanna! is located in Lakeville, Minnesota on the campus of Hosanna Lutheran Church. Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health status Implements new and updates current resident care plans Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as needed Leads and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administration Acts as support to Director of Health Services Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff Required:
Current MN RN license or by start date AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers Preferred:
