RN Supervisor Responsibilities Responsible for managing staff, overseeing patient care and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures over the course of their shift. The RN Supervisor will promote and restore patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area, directing and developing staff, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs and providing physical and psychological support for residents and their families.

NOW HIRING: RN Weekend Supervisor Job Type: PRN, 12HR shifts 8PM-8AM *MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON WEEKENDS* Sign on Bonus $7,500 paid out at 3-6-9 months

Provide resident care services with kindness and compassion to the residents. Plan, organize, and oversee staff to provide patient care. Evaluate care and ensures customer satisfaction. Oversee the department's daily staffing requirements. Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities. Act as an interface between the staff, residents, and the residents' families. Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations. Qualifications of the RN Weekend Manager: Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in NY.
