Rn Supervisor

The Meadows at East Mountain is seeking an RN supervisor. The RN supervisor position is a Monday - Friday position during the day. The Meadows does not employ any travel staff and has a great working environment.We are looking for a caring, diligent, and dependable RN Supervisor to help take care of our residents who call The Meadows their home.Duties and responsibilities include the following: Other duties as assigned* Consistently communicate status of the unit with management* Handle all supervisory duties for assigned unit* Plan, assign and direct job duties of the staff* Help establish and implement employee policies and procedures* Address complaints and resolve problems* Develop and complete staff trainings as needed* Mentor staff as necessary* Maintain the standards of care for the unit* Review Resident records & quality of care* Monitor overall care & review individual Residents' plan of care* Complete audits as assigned to ensure regulatory compliance* Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families* Conduct staff evaluations per schedule* Reward and discipline staff as necessary* Represent the unit's interests with the upper-level management* Other duties as assignedRequirements:Must hold valid State RN License-3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred-2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred-Strong computer skills-Excellent communication skills-Must be able to lift 50 poundsThe Meadows also offers a generous vacation/time-off package, free employee meals, an employer matched 401K program, dental insurance, disability insurance, and an excellent work environment.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Paid time offWork Location: In person
