Description: Job Summary: The RSVP Adm. Asst.
provides administrative support for the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program.
Duties include general clerical, receptionist, and project-based work.
Must project a professional company image through in-person, electronic, and phone interaction.
Creates and modifies documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
Maintains program records; maintains bolunteer database in volunteer software program and provides grant support as needed.
Assist in the organization and coordination of RSVP meetings and events.
Performs general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, data entry, photocopying, faxing, mailing, internet research, and filing.
