Left Main REI Account Executive: Role Overview Work side by side with the Sales team to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the business by performing the functions outlined below. Compensation Overview: Base Salary + Commission Reports To: VP of Sales Time Commitment: Full Time Core Office Hours of 9 am to 5pm EST Appointments as Scheduled Meetings as Required: Daily Sales Department Standup Meeting Weekly Sales Department Meeting Biweekly 1:1 with VP of Sales Location: Remote Sales Account Executive Job Functions: Making high volume outbound to, and live answering inbound calls from, real estate professionals and investors. Performing discovery to determine if prospects are ready for a product demonstration. Converting Leads to Opportunities by booking demonstrations during discovery. Attend all scheduled demos Walk-thru of Left Main REI application showcasing the flow of prospects, leads, opportunities, transactions, dispositions, integrated phone system, API connections Answer all attendee questions during demo or with appropriate follow up correspondence Follow up with demo attendees CRM Review Follow up with all leads and opportunities No past due tasks Notification of new customer to Account Management team with appropriate hand-off of needed information New customer Org provisioned and users provisioned Onboarding trainings scheduled Onboarding form completed by new customer Prospecting for new customer leads via networking, referrals Strong understanding of overall company goals Left Main REI Account Executive Keys for Success: Communicate clearly and effectively with all team members Extreme ownership of performance Active and continual prospecting-- filling the pipeline with self generated leads Demo attendance 100%. No missed demos. Maintaining a positive, 'can-do' attitude. Finding and brainstorming ways for things to work. Efficient time management Maintain a positive, team oriented culture where team feedback is encouraged Self educating and requesting support as needed Basic "tech-savviness" and ability to adapt to new software or applications Ongoing education of Left Main new features and improving overall Salesforce knowledge Sales Account Executive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Secure $150,000 of ARR quarterly, 3 month ramp Closing 7 units monthly 3 demo calls daily 200 outbound calls weekly Meet Quarterly Sales Department contract and revenue goals as a team Sales Account Executive Compensation: On Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 (base + commission) Bonuses: Annual discretionary bonus based on performance and good standing with the company.
