Job Description Genetic Analysis Sales Solutions, Lazio and Umbria This position is a field sales position responsible for achieving the assigned territory sales plan.
The person will have technical competence in the areas of QPCR, dPCR, Sequencing and will demonstrate technical credibility to provide consult and influence key decisions on technology and product choices.
This person drives actions for QPCR, dPCR and Sequencing in Research markets using knowledge of the business and of external context to deliver profitable initiatives that build sales.
Responsible for implementation of sales strategy and tactics needed to reach Company's goals on own territory.
Responsibilities: • Achieve the agreed sales target.
• Drive business expansion in Research market and NPI launch.
• Work in collaboration with colleagues and manager to achieve the targets.
• Maintain updated territory & actions plan; anticipate pipeline changes to address shortfalls.
• Set up and undertake sophisticated action plan.
Review the strategy efficiency on a continual basis.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge in all the specific business aspects (technical, market, competitions, applications)
• Consistently and accurately sales process including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking, through the use of our customer relationship management program and other designated IT tools.
• Build up reference sites and positive interaction with the most important Key Opinion Leaders.
Qualification / Experience Required: • Academic degree (minimum MSc) in biology / life sciences field;
• Experience in QPCR technology is preferred;
• Sales Experience in Research field is preferred;
• Oriented to develop and implement strategies that drive growth;
• Able to undertake frequent travel across area:
• Good skills in English, written and spoken;
• Base preferred: Roma;
• Virtual selling experience optional;
