Sales Analyst Co-Op
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
Pull and analyze syndicated and customer POS data;
Develop recommendations based on the analysis of data from various sources;
Provide assistance to the team to enhance and improve business results;
Communicate results, ideas and/or suggestions both in written and verbal format During the course of the Co-Op, the individual will interact with BCH colleagues in a variety of job functions within Consumer Health Sales Strategy & Operations, Marketing, and Customer Teams/Field Sales, Director Sales Strategy and/or Operation's team members, Customer Team Members/Field Sales, Director of Marketing and marketing team members.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
Must be pursuing a degree in a business related field;
Must be available from January 2024 - June 2024;
Able to demonstrate work experience and/or capability in the following areas: Leadership, Analytics, Collaboration, Communication, Project management, Self direction and initiative;
You must be willing to commit to the entire 6 months of the Co-Op; 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday;
Be proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
Able to provide own transportation between to and from work office location.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferably a Junior pursuing completion of their undergraduate;
Business or marketing degree of a Business, Marketing or Food Marketing Program.
Cumulative GPA 3.3 or higher, is highly preferred.
