Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Director to lead our sales team at Constellis. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company growth and profitability targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, and a proven track record of successful revenue generation within the government or defense sector.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targetsManage and lead the sales team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and alliancesEstablish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the government and defense sectorMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growthCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions to meet client needsConduct market research and analysis to support sales strategies and tacticsPrepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, outlining key achievements, challenges, and recommendationsDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and industry to effectively communicate value propositions to clientsQualifications: 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the government or defense sectorStrong knowledge and understanding of government procurement processes and regulationsExcellent leadership and team management skillsExceptional communication and negotiation abilitiesCompensation: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options. Salary starts at $180,000-$205,000 annually.
