Puente Hills Volkswagen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Finance Manager to join our team at our location in City of Industry, California. As the Sales/Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales and financial activities of the dealership, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of sales and finance principles.Finance Manager Responsibilities:Develop and maintain accurate submission of deals to all financial institutions.Oversee and track all financial payments from banking institutions.Analyze deal data to ensure all regulatory measures have been followed.Present all finance products for maximum profitability.Prepare and present financial reports to management.Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws, and regulations.Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies and goals.Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and vendors.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.Sales Manager Responsibilities:Hire, train, and manage a team of automotive salespeople.Must be 100% knowledgeable in all dealership CRM systems. Must be able to expertly and efficiently handle disbursement of all leads, and follow-up by salespersons.Coach salespeople on best practices for closing deals and provide guidance to improve sales performance.Set sales goals, track progress, and manage the team to achieve and exceed those quotas.Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers.Describe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchase.Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.Qualifications:Must have no less than 5years of Sales and Finance Management experience.Strong leadership and team-building skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Benefits:Competitive salary and commission structure.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.Employee discounts on vehicle purchases and services.If you are a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for either finance and automotive sales management, we want to hear from you!!We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
