Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and grow our luxury custom cabinetry business. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our business while engaging directly with clients and leveraging creative marketing strategies. The position involves local travel to client sites and sales-related activities.
This is a hands-on role within a small, close-knit team (4-5 people), offering the potential for a base salary plus equity with dividend payments.
Key Responsibilities Sales Development: Drive revenue growth through client acquisition and relationship management. Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Marketing Leadership: Create and manage innovative marketing campaigns, with a focus on social media and digital platforms to elevate brand awareness.
Client Engagement: Visit client sites, present design concepts, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations related to sales and marketing, ensuring seamless collaboration within the team.
Strategic Growth: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the luxury cabinetry and construction industries.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a small team to achieve business objectives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related fields, preferably in luxury home furnishings or construction.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of business acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Familiarity or connections with the construction industry pipeline is a plus.
Social media expertise, including creating and managing content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
