This position requires candidates to be available to work on Sundays as part of their weekly schedule.
What you’ll do
Manage day-to-day prospect distribution for Leads sales teams
Manually execute steps in our standard operating model with high accuracy
Identify and resolve process exceptions with minimal supervision
Correspond promptly to inbound emails and queries from the Sales floor regarding prospect distribution issues or discrepancies
Contribute to the design and implementation of Sales Operations procedures aimed at enhancing future prospect distribution strategies
Work in Excel and pull reports SQL
Who you are
Bachelor's degree required
Availability to work on Sundays as part of your weekly schedule required
Detail-oriented and process-focused with the ability to replicate them efficiently
Ability to stay highly organized with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Empathy towards Sales representatives and Sales leaders, with a knack for solving problems and answering questions
Excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with all levels of the sales teams through email, slack, zoom or phone calls
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (such as running macros)
Demonstrated ability to adapt to and drive process improvements effectively

Compensation & Benefits
The salary band for this position ranges$44,000 - $60,000commensurate with experience and performance.Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.
