The Role As a Sales Solution Architect at Servant, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and our clients' business needs. You will work closely with our sales team to design and propose tailored digital solutions, leveraging your technical expertise to support the entire sales process.
Responsibilities: Technical Solution Design: Analyze client needs and design custom digital solutions. Create detailed technical proposals and project scopes. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
Client SME: In collaboration with the Sales Lead act as a trusted technical advisor to clients. Educate clients on emerging technologies and industry trends. Build and maintain strong client relationships through technical expertise.
Sales Support: Actively participate in sales meetings and pitches. Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. Translate client requirements into actionable project plans. Assist in identifying upsell opportunities within existing clients.
Product Management Demonstration: Showcase the differentiator of the product management processPrepare and deliver successful case studies of the product management Process Proposal DevelopmentDevelop technical sections of sales proposalsEstimate project costs and timelines accuratelyInternal CollaborationWork closely with Sales Leads & Delivery Leads to bridge the gap and ensure proposal efficacy, and ease of transition to delivery phases.Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practicesTechnical DiscoveryConduct thorough technical assessments of client environmentsIdentify integration requirements and potential challengesDocument client's current technical landscapePost-sales InvolvementEnsure smooth handover to delivery teamsProvide technical guidance during project kickoffOccasionally assist with troubleshooting or escalations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field5+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a consulting or solutions-oriented environmentStrong understanding of current digital technologies and trendsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesExperience with project scoping and estimationStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWillingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentationsExperience working remotely.
