SUMMARY Provide a variety of sales support to internal and external customers within the business unit. Utilize and maintain all processes and documents required for the efficient operation of the Sales Department. DUTIES Manage Sales and Engineering requests for quotes process Process, track, and maintain prototype orders from issuance to invoice. Serve as liaison for plant accounting, internal staff, and customers to resolve delivery, billing, or payment issues. Process, track, and lead to closure customer obsolescence, expendable packaging, overtime, customer owned tooling, and other collections. Manage contracts (pricing, capacity, terms, APR's, etc), issue approved NTR's, and organize pricing/capacity files Prepare and perform analysis or provide other support in varied capacities in an error-free and timely manner. General support duties include coordinate customer purchase orders, enter purchase requisitions in MS AX, track prototype orders, coordinate meetings, file agreements and quotes, etc. Prepare and distribute reports. Support budget and forecast activities. Lead resolution of overdues and A/P issues. Focus on EBIT and strong customer relationships. The requirements of the business may cause frequent interruptions and changing priorities. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and see them through completion. Technical skills with manufacturing experience will be leveraged in this role.
