What We Are Looking For:
As a Homes.com Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will be anintegral part of driving sales team performance for our rapidly growing team located in Richmond, VA. TheSales Strategy & OperationsAnalyst will analyze sales performance metrics, create executive-level presentations, and be expected to generate business insights and recommendations for sales leaders. This high visibility role will have direct input into strategic decision-making for the fastest growing brand at the CoStar Group.
This position is located in Richmond, VA and offers the following schedule option:
4 days onsite / 1 day remote
RESPONSIBILITES
Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance against goals and identify trends
Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
Contribute to ad hoc strategic analysis and presentations for Homes.com Sales leaders
Maintain and define core metrics to measure impact of current and future Sales strategic decisions
Acquire and clean data from multiple sources; develop queries in order to conduct analysis and create business performance dashboards
Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand customer, market, and product trends
Employ data visualization and statistical tools to deliver business insights
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS degree in quantitative field (Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering) from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College
2-3 years of rigorous analytical experience, with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics
Strong business acumen including problem solving and critical thinking
Experience using Microsoft Excel and other BI tools for analysis, modeling, and reporting
Experience with basic project management principles
High-motor work ethic and comfortability directly interacting with senior leaders
A track record of commitment to prior employers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Knowledge of business intelligence software (ie Power BI, Tableau) and web analytics tools (ie Google Analytics)
Experience with SQL
Interest in data collection, problem solving, and data analytics
Attention to detail with demonstrated ability to think strategically
Strong communication and presentation skills
Evidence of strong academic performance in college
