Roles & ResponsibilitiesMinimum 8-10 years experience as Salesforce Platform Developer.Hands-on and in-depth expertise in configuration and custom development on Salesforce platform.Experience in working with Experience Cloud/ Community Cloud.Should have good experience working on a high volume of transactions/data.Salesforce Lightning Experience (Mandatory - LWC Framework).Experience in technologies such as Apex, AURA and LWC.Experience with Flow or Process Builder.Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements.Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.Integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.Understanding of web services and other technologies that can be used to transport data in an enterprise environment and interact with Salesforce.Possess expertise in understanding and guiding end-to-end business processes and mapping those recommended processes into features and workflows into the Salesforce environment.Experience working with Public Sector/Government is desired.EducationBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or other Information Technology major or equivalent work experience.CertificationSalesforce Community DeveloperSalesforce Certified Platform DeveloperSalesforce AdministratorWhy Kyra?Founded in 1997, Kyra Solutions is a national leader in transportation technology and regulatory solutions in government.
