School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a large, local school district in Methuen, MA with optional in-home based hours as well. We provide clear expectations for your role and offer guidance on how to thrive as a leader and contributor aligned with our company's mission and values.Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 per yearAsk us about our SIGN-ON BONUS and annual bonuses!Overview of the Position:Primary role involves consultation to public school team members and supervision of ABA services implemented by The Stepping Stones Group Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) within a large public school districtSupporting the school district's high school or elementary intensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programWork collaboratively with teachers and school staff to support educational goalsOpportunity to add home-based, after-school clients as well along your travel routePrimary Duties:Conduct behavioral consultation to school teamsDevelop ABA programing aligned with the student's IEP goals for school aged children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities and social/emotional needsAnalyze behavioral data and adjust programming regularlyOrganize and summarize behavioral data to write quarterly progress reports and annual reviewsCase management and coordination as neededProvide clinical direction, training, and support to The Stepping Stones Group Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians, and to partner-school staffOpportunity to provide supervised professional experience to The Stepping Stones Group staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervisionJob Qualifications:Possess an active BCBA certification, and willingness to obtain a Massachusetts license (LABA)Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skillsAbility to coordinate effective collaboration with non-ABA professionals on the teamCommitment to the field of Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum DisordersPrior experience supervising ABA programs and 2-5 years working directly with children with autism spectrum disordersValid MA driver's license and reliable transportationPass an FBI/ DOJ background checkCommitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environmentWhat We Offer at The Stepping Stones Group for our BCBAs!Reasonably sized caseloads & tight travel zonesSmall regional teams in the communities we serve; allows for the highest in customer service and client successLocal, physical office with on-site clinical management available for regular mentoring and supportAccess to a large network of clinical colleaguesOpportunity to develop quarterly professional development programing for behavior techniciansMileage and drive time reimbursementsWork number and company laptopUse of online data collection system for improved, remote data analysisAdvancement & growth opportunitiesCompetitive compensation based on experience and credentialsAbout Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones GroupThe Stepping Stones Group grew from a simple belief: That every child is born with a special set of gifts.
