Job Details: Family Services of Westchester is looking for School-Based Clinician for our Mt.
Vernon School's Family Mental Health Program.
The role has the option to be full-time or part-time, and full time would entail both school and clinic work.
Position: School- Based Clinician
Salary: $61,000 - $73,000
Status: Full Time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide individual, family, and group counseling based on clinical diagnosis and assessment of the clients' presenting problems within the school based satellite clinic.Accurately document all clinical interventions, diagnoses, symptoms, and presenting problems in the Electronic Medical RecordProvide high-quality evidence-based treatment using a variety of modalities including trauma systems therapy and substance use disorder interventions.Participate in weekly supervision, multi-disciplinary team meetings, service training programs.Provide crisis counseling, linkages to concrete and wraparound service, and coordinate with other providers to better serve the needs of students and families.Bilingual Spanish/English preferred EDUCATION: Master's Degree from an accredited graduate school in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (MSW, MHC, or MFT)LMSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred with current New York State registration and license as a Licensed There are a variety of benefits to joining Family Services of Westchester, an organization with over 65 years of history impacting vulnerable communities.
