Fat Earth, Red Antler's creative performance marketing partner, is looking for a Senior Account Executive to develop and manage the execution of comprehensive growth strategies for clients across multiple industries. In this role, you will manage client relationships, lead strategy, and work cross-functionally to meet client goals and expectations.
You should be familiar with direct-to-consumer business models and confident in growing e-commerce businesses using a variety of paid media channels. You are a highly experienced Account Executive or Strategist with the ability to build strong client relationships and develop comprehensive growth strategies in line with business objectives. You can also track and analyze performance, using the data to tell a story and inform future decisions.
Our ideal Senior Account Executive will be an expert communicator with clients and other agency stakeholders, including media buyers, lifecycle specialists, and creative strategists. You will demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills, collaborate strategically and produce optimal results for your clients.
Responsibilities
Develop paid media strategies to drive growth per client business objectivesWork cross-functionally to oversee the completion of paid media strategiesManage work and inputs from a variety of stakeholdersAnalyze and optimize cross-channel media spending around client needs, focusing on data-driven tacticsProduce bi-weekly reports for our clients with account updates, recommendations, and resultsOwn all client communications, building strong working relationshipsRedefine strategies as needed, constantly optimizing the paid media mix and layering on additional channels and tactics as needed Qualifications
Bachelor's degree6+ years of experience in B2C digital marketingPaid media experience, building strategies across multiple paid media channelsAbility to present strategies both to clients and agency stakeholders for alignmentStrong communication skills and professionalismProactive attitude, anticipating client needs, and redefining strategies before they bottom outProblem-solving mentality, willing to be data curious and dig deeper to understand performance trendsExperience working with a team and delivering projects for clients
