Job Summary The Senior Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing complex administrative support to senior leaders, specifically the Specialty and Surgery Associate Medical Directors .
This role will ensure smooth, proactive support and coordination across high-level operations within Care Delivery Operations, while collaborating with other Executive and Senior Administrative Assistants, as well as key leadership. Pay : $24.25 - 31.25 an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).
Hours: Full Time - Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, with occasional virtual evening hours Why this Opportunity?

Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately Job Duties: Manage Outlook calendars, coordinate meetings, draft agendas, record minutes, track action items, and handle confidential materials Anticipate and proactively address needs, handling special projects and tasks with confidentiality and discretion Collaborate with internal and external clients, using initiative and discretion to support smooth, professional interactions Prioritize and organize tasks effectively, adapting to dynamic shifts while maintaining a professional and flexible approach Oversee event logistics, including venue reservations, catering, and scheduling, to ensure seamless execution Provide regular updates to administrators, clearly summarizing actions taken on their behalf Gather and organize data for reports, presentations, and correspondence Maintain online resources, ensuring policies, workflows, and standards are current and accessible Support special projects independently or within a team, managing timelines, deliverables, and outcomes Draft and edit correspondence, memos, charts, graphs, business plans, and other documents Arrange travel as required and order departmental supplies to ensure readiness and efficiency Requirements 5+ years of Microsoft Office Suite 4+ years of Adobe Experience Manager experience High school diploma or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication, discretion, and proactive problem-solving Strong time management and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment Highly Preferred Large corporation experience Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience WHO SHOULD APPLY?
