Overview:

The District Manager of Administrators will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administrative functions and people that support our remote sales offices.
This position will cover the South Territory (CST, MST and EST) including Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Florida, Kansas, New Mexico and Tennessee.

Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly manage a dispersed/remote team of 15-20 direct reports comprised of Administrative Sales Support, Service Support and Team Leads.
Manage the team, processes, and measurements to assure an elevated level of customer service is delivered to internal and external customers.
Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new employees.
Conduct regular performance reviews and 1:1 sessions to assure individuals and team are meeting established KPIs.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the administrative staff to ensure an above average level of productivity and efficiency.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members for their professional development.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet the administrative needs of the regionally located branch offices.
Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
Foster a collaborative and communicative environment within the administrative team and with other departments.
Serve as a liaison between administrative staff and senior management, conveying relevant information and updates.
Coordinate special projects and initiatives to support and improve workflow processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

High Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience: High School diploma required; bachelors degree is preferred but not required.
At least 3 years of experience supervising and or managing a team.
At least 1 year of Experience with ERP Systems and Salesforce.
Experience training and onboarding new employees.
Experience developing onboarding, training, and SOP materials.
Proven history to interact with a wide range of teams effectively and professionally, including Regional Sales Managers, IT and Leadership Team Travel: This position is subject up to travel up to 15% of the time.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
