We're seeking a future team member for the role of Team Lead to join our Bank Custody Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – Hybrid.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Provides operational support for Bank Custody Solutions to internal business lines and external investment advisors, trust companies, and institutions serving private wealth and foundation clients. This candidate will have focus on supporting Global Account Opening and "unique asset" processing where Excel Power Query, Robotics, and SQL extracts will be utilized to upload accounting entries, some postings may require manual entry.This position will also assist in certain administrative activities including but not limited to ensuring P&P and desk procedures are kept current and are reviewed regularly and reviewing daily reporting to ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.This role may also provide support for trust accounting service issues and new enhancement projects tracked via JIRA.Accurately troubleshooting issues across multiple cross functional areas including but not limited to Corporate Actions, Fee and Billing, Account Services, Cost Basis, Tax, Settlements, Technology, Mutual Funds, Alternative Investments, Depository Reconciliation, Regulatory Reporting, Security set-up and Pricing, Statements.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Associate's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.The successful candidate will have 7 years' experience in financial services with experience in trust and operations is preferred.Self-starting, collaborate with others, internal and external, on varying activities such as, researching and resolving trust accounting issues, providing outstanding customer service via email and telephone, assisting team mates as necessary, some transaction entry, et al.Ability to lead others for complex issue resolution and projects is preferred.At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
