About the Role The Company is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join their legal team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the General Counsel and will be involved in a range of corporate legal matters.
This includes corporate transactions such as M&A, partnerships, and joint ventures, as well as IPO preparedness.
The role also involves ensuring the company's compliance with global regulatory requirements, advising on intellectual property best practices, and providing guidance on corporate litigation and disputes.
A key aspect of the position is to develop legal frameworks for the organization's digital asset products and services, with a focus on fintech and cryptocurrency industry trends and regulatory developments.
Applicants for the Senior Corporate Counsel position at the company should have a Juris Doctor degree, be admitted to the New York bar, and have at least 5 years' of relevant legal experience in the SaaS, technology, fintech, or financial services sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structuring legal partnerships, transactions, and IPO preparedness, particularly for international organizations.
A deep understanding of the fintech and cryptocurrency industries, including their legal and regulatory landscapes, is essential.
The role requires a proactive and strategic approach, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including compliance and finance.
