Job Description

Role will report directly to the General Counsel and will handle the following: Primary support for CLO deal team on approved transactions (manage external counsel, etc) and on RMBS transactions, some review of diligence files Review term sheets & offering documents, note purchase agreements, placement agreements on transactions (144 A deals) Advise the treasury function on all legal matters Track regulatory developments/litigation/new legal issues having an effect on mortgage business MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
