The successful candidate will be a key member of the legal team, responsible for the full spectrum of commercial and technology contract support.
This includes the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of agreements, such as technology vendor contracts, marketing and advertising agreements, and strategic partnerships.
The role demands a legal professional with a strong background in commercial law, particularly in the areas of technology procurement, licensing, and alliance arrangements.
The Senior Counsel will also be expected to provide strategic business and legal advice, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Applicants for the Senior Counsel position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years of commercial legal experience, a J.D.
degree, and be a member of at least one U.S. state bar.
The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, managing a high volume of deals, and advising senior business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric focus, sound legal judgment, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
