Position Overview: NYCEDC is seeking an attorney with experience in business structuring, and financial transactions to engage in a transactional practice as a Senior Counsel within NYCEDC's Legal Department including program structuring and individual transactions for tax incentives.
tax exempt bond financing, loans, equity investments and more.
Qualifications: At least five years of post-law school legal transactional experience is required.
New York City residence is required within 180 days of hire Annual Salary: Salary will depend on the number of years the applicant has been a practicing lawyer and will be commensurate with salaries of current NYCEDC lawyers who have been practicing for a similar length of time.
Salaries will range from $130,000 to $192,000.
