The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's mission to provide honest and friendly financial products.
This role is focused on privacy legal matters in North America, with an emphasis on supporting a global privacy program and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The Senior Counsel will be responsible for providing practical advice on privacy and security issues, maintaining and enhancing privacy policies and processes, and working with cross-functional teams to integrate privacy into the design of new products and business initiatives.
A strong background in privacy law, particularly in the context of high-growth fintech, is highly valued.
Applicants for the Senior Counsel, Privacy position at the company should have a J.D.
from an accredited law school, be in good standing to practice law in a US state bar, and have at least 5 years' of relevant law firm experience.
