Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:
We're looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to partner with our cross-functional team of software engineers, quality engineers, and creatives to deliver digital solutions for our customers on the Ramsey+ team.
You’re Probably a Match If:
You have 6+ years' experience in project management.
You have great interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
You're flexible and comfortable with frequent change.
You have strong communication skills, both oral and written.
You're detail oriented.
You have conflict management and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mentality.
You're ableto influence without authority and coach peers.
You're able to teach Kanban and other agile practices to groups.
What Winning Looks Like:
Oversee workflow across the team, collaborating with the team with a continuous improvement mindset
Identify project needs with the team in order to execute planned activities and solutions
Create visibility to the work using Jira
Drive communication across all teams working on deliverables
Actively clear workflow blockers to keep the team focused on project goals
Coach the team in agile practices to deliver the best solutions for our customers quickly and efficiently
Own metrics on team delivery and efficiency
