15 years of experience managing projects in Engineering, Finance, Consulting, or Operations organizations.
10 years of experience managing a team of 10 people.
Experience in AI or deep learning.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience collaborating with senior leaders to drive technical progress.
Experience leading teams through change and ambiguity, fostering a culture of flexibility, resilience, and collaborative problem-solving.

About the Job:As Senior Director, Chief of Staff, Cloud AI, you will be a critical thought, strategy, and execution partner for the Vice President of Cloud AI and the overall leadership team. This role will have both technical components and traditional Chief of Staff components (strategy and operations), and will require flexing across both types of work streams. You will be responsible for driving technical progress, developing and executing on strategic and operational initiatives across the organization.
This is a key role that includes leading and contributing to the growth, development and overall health of the organization. In addition to the core team, you will also work closely with key cross-functional partners to align strategies and business decisions. The Chief of Staff builds strong partnerships across functions, so you must inspire trust by demonstrating excellent judgment and integrity, while also being willing to help execute when needed.
Responsibilities:Serve as air traffic controller for leader, senior team and key partners, lifting themes to address across the organization. Be responsible for developing/executing communication plans to ensure strategy/alignment.
Establish/run a solid and efficient business cadence, driving business reviews with executive stakeholders, annual strategic planning, headcount/budget management, conflict management, organizational communications, running programs to improve growth, development, training in the organization.
Lead, integrate and execute strategic initiatives across Cloud AI, developing recommendations to leadership team through analysis, prioritization and alignment with cross-functional partners across T/PgM, Strat Ops, HR, Finance.
Lead, incubate, and communicate critical and emergent projects from strategy through execution.
Build/lead a small team to execute across four key pillars: BizOps and Planning, StratDev and execution, Value tracking and realization, cultivate extended CoS network supporting other VPs and Directors.
