SUMMARY The Senior Graphic Designer - Presentation will be an integral part of the Creative team at BSE Global, serving as a key contributor in bringing Partnership narratives and elevated creative to life with marketing partners and prospects.
We are looking for someone who can create and implement engaging design and creative solutions that successfully integrate partner brands' business objectives with BSE properties.
The Senior Designer will closely collaborate with our internal Partnership and Marketing teams to develop impactful presentations, dynamic digital mockups, partner campaign creative and visual identities for partnership platforms.
The role will help tell unique stories around BSE brands including the Brooklyn Nets, New York Liberty and Barclays Center, as well as supporting new brands onboarded into the BSE portfolio.
The individual's creativity, design expertise, and understanding of storytelling will be essential in driving our organization's success with both current and potential partners.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: Craft visually impactful partner presentations that story tell around the unique value proposition that BSE can provide to support their business objectives Collaborate with key partners across Partnerships and Marketing to construct marketing solutions, narratives and copy that aligns BSE and partner objectives Develop visual identity elements (logos, style guides), graphic treatments, mock-ups, digital/static signage design and environmental space creative for partner activations Support creative development through joining brainstorms and strategy meetings Steward the proper usage of brand guidelines, logo usage and design standards across all Partnerships creative materials and activations Support the implementation of the creative process with Partnerships, leading the prioritization queue, project timelines and communication with key collaborators Assist with the communication & production process with external agencies/vendors Stay up to date with industry trends and find creative inspiration for the business WHO YOU ARE: 7-10 years' experience professionally producing graphic design for presentations History working within sales & marketing organizations, with experience developing strategic marketing platforms, campaigns, and pitches, is preferred Experience at an advertising/creative agency, media/entertainment brand, or sports property, is very beneficial Proficiency in using platforms such as Adobe Creative (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Apple Keynote & Microsoft Office to build best-in class presentations Strong verbal and written communication skills Copywriting experience and creative writing proficiency, a considerable plus Exhibit a strong sense for typography and information hierarchy Outside-the-box problem solver with the ability to tell visually compelling stories via creative Ability to take projects from initiation to completion on-deadline and with strong attention to detail Excel in fast-paced environments, supporting multiple projects/collaborators Your design portfolio is required to apply for this position.
