Job Overview: Sunday Swagger is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer - Product to drive the creative ideation and design of our core products, including polo shirts, t-shirts, hats, and button-up shirts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative design, a keen eye for detail, and experience in creating prints and patterns for consumer products. You'll work closely with the product, marketing, and creative teams to develop trend-forward, original designs that represent the Sunday Swagger ethos of bold confidence. In addition to product design, you'll support creative efforts across other marketing initiatives, such as email and social media design, while being encouraged to experiment with and leverage emerging AI technologies. Key Responsibilities: Design original prints, patterns, and graphics that align with Sunday Swagger's brand identity and appeal to our customer base. Collaborate closely with the Creative Director on the ideation and design process for core product lines, specifically focusing polo shirts, t-shirts, hats, button-up shirts. Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure design consistency across all product categories. Conduct research on market trends, competitor products, and customer insights to inform creative direction. Experiment with and integrate AI technologies to enhance the design process and explore new possibilities in product creation. Develop tech packs and work with production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs. Create compelling visuals for various marketing channels, including email campaigns and social media platforms. Participate in design reviews and refine concepts based on feedback from cross-functional teams. Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the Sunday Swagger brand. Support additional creative development tasks as needed, contributing to an innovative and collaborative work environment. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on apparel or product design. Strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing prints, patterns, and graphics for consumer products (preferably apparel). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or related field Experience with AI tools and a willingness to explore new technologies to enhance design workflows is a strong plus. Strong understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout design. Experience in designing for marketing channels (email, social media) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passion for golf, fashion, and innovative design.
