Senior Hardware Engineer (Plano, TX / On-site) Responsibilities: Responsible for Hands-On technical functions in support of the engineering departmentDesigns and develops 100G - 400G network switch solutions from concept through productionParticipates in technical reviews of product requirementsDesign schematicOversees PCB layoutPerforms board bring-up and design verificationWorks closely with software engineers to optimize design and debug products Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in training and experience10+ years' hardware development experience in a communications-related product designExperience in ethernet, switches, and networkingExperience using schematic/ layout tools (Cadence Or CAD)Knowledge of PCB technology, stack-up development, and highspeed layout considerations
