Senior Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with a strong focus on high-speed digital design to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hardware development experience in communications-related product design, specifically in high-speed digital technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop high-speed digital hardware, including 1G, 10G, 40G, and 100G Ethernet products.Utilize schematic entry and board design tools such as Cadence Allegro or OrCAD for effective design and documentation.Manage the full hardware development lifecycle, from concept and architecture through to validation and testing.Collaborate closely with PCB designers and fabrication houses to generate stackups and ensure design integrity.Conduct physical measurements and functional tests to validate designs and ensure optimal performance.Required Skills: Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in hardware development, with a focus on high-speed digital design over the last 5 years.Proficiency in various local buses and interfaces, including PCIe, SATA, DDR3/4, SGMII, and RXAUI.Experience in designing complex enterprise-level communication products, such as switching and routing hardware.Strong leadership abilities with at least 2 years in a management role overseeing hardware design teams.Excellent communication skills to engage directly with technical stakeholders, including hands-on executives.Additional Qualifications: Familiarity with PCB layout, design verification tests (DVT), and library management in a collaborative environment.Experience in board bring-up processes and collaboration with firmware teams. Location : On Site 5 Days per week.

Most be local to Plano, TX or Wilsonville, OR.
