Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Responsibilities
Oversee the full scope of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring ensuring top talent acquisition
Handle employee relations issues with a focus on conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Administer HRIS systems and maintain employee records
Collaborate with department managers to identify current and future staffing needs
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related experience in the field of HR
Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
Experience with HRIS systems
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Solid understanding of employment law

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
