What Winning Looks Like:Develop frameworks for identity access, application integration, and authentication processes.Stay informed on the latest IAM trends, technologies, and methodologies to drive innovation in the IAM space.Understand business needs at all levels and align appropriate IAM technology or processes to move initiatives forward.Strategize effectively with leadership and business stakeholders to convey technology knowledge, risks, and best practices.Mentor team members to enhance skills, accountability, and collaboration.Work on tasks strategically with the IAM team to foster growth and problem-solving within the team.Monitor system roadmaps and maintain documentation for efficient problem solving.Minimum Requirements:4+ years of dedicated experience in identity access management.Strong architecture mindset with the ability to design and integrate IAM frameworks effectively.Expertise in SAML 2.0, OAuth, MFA, and other authentication protocols.Deep knowledge of SSO platforms such as Ping Identity, Azure/Entra ID, IBM Identity Platform, or Okta.Familiarity with current identity access trends and best practices.Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization.Experience mentoring and coaching team members to drive growth and development.It's a calling, and we're on a mission to change lives.
