Our firm seeks an experienced Senior Insurance Coverage/Coverage Litigation Attorney to join its growing insurance coverage group.
This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with experience handling insurance coverage/coverage litigation matters to work with a collaborative group of experienced coverage/coverage litigation attorneys who handle cases in California and throughout the U.S., working with domestic and foreign insurers.

Qualifications JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the State of California
8+ years coverage/coverage litigation experience
Experience in areas of insurance coverage including drafting coverage opinions in one or more insurance lines (CGL, property, professional liability, cyber, intellectual property, etc.)
Experience in either or both third-party and first-party claims
Coverage analysis and writing experience
Superior analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage/coverage litigation matters
Investigate claims and draft coverage opinion letters
In coverage litigation matters, draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery
Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects
Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients

The annualized salary range for this position is $160,000 +.
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
