What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Participate and contribute in technical discussions, demos, and agile cadences
Design & Code to align to technical goals & standards
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications
Provide expertise in Java and Google Cloud Monitoring to develop scalable and efficient software solutions
Utilize React JS to enhance front-end functionalities for a better user experience

What Is Required (Qualifications)

6 to 10 years of experience in Java
Proven experience as a Sr. Software Engineer with expertise in Java and Google Cloud Monitoring
Strong understanding of the Payer domain
Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with React JS is preferred but not mandatory
Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and collaborative working style
Understanding of Agile methodology and key ceremonies for effective management/collaboration
Ability to build and lead a team of hard-working engineers
