Our client is a prominent New York Personal Injury Law Firm based in Mineola (Long Island).
They seek a Senior Paralegal to report directly to its partners and work full-time in the office.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE: Must be Bi-Lingual and speak English and Spanish5 years experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury and Medical MalpracticeAbility to talk to clients.Preparing and filing all pleadings/complaints, bills of particulars, retrieval of medical records, Medicare and Medicaid final reporting, and various facets of the Plaintiff's personal injury litigation.Scheduling as neededDrafting and responding to discoveryAssisting with mediation and depositionTrial PreparationClient Contact/intakesREQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal reporting to a partnerAbility to prioritize and multitask many cases at one timeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge in Time Matters, e-filing, and all Microsoft suite of products.
