Summary
The role will focus on managing LG Direct Builder Last Mile Delivery network & Service providers for job site delivery/installation service quality and taking care of B2B orders to ensure LG B2B customers have a seamless delivery/installation experience including returns and will manage service providers' performances.
Responsibilities Review new and existing Service Provider contracts, hub lease agreement contracts Work with Builder SCM & Project Managers to align on upcoming builder project orders Work with Builder Project Managers & Load Planners to manage tracker for job site projects Monitor & collaborate with Builder Project Managers & Load Planners to make sure middle mile RSD is met Set up LMD network in the targeted regions.
Develop Agents and manage their daily operation performances Collaborate with Serviced Providers to make sure enough capacity is available at each hub to reduce re-schedule rates Monitor under-performing Serviced Providers hubs and make decisions to change to other SP hubs Continuous site visit to educate Serviced Providers hubs that lack in delivery and installation with LG shipping and handling SOP Consistently review customer survey to see what is lacking when it comes to overall LMD network Support system development for easier communication flow and visibility To manage customer care daily operation & issue to better serve the consumers Frequent business trip is required to support new hub setup Qualifications Bachelors Degree with 5+ years logistics experience, order management, last mile relevant experience
