Responsibilities include: Monthly and quarterly financial forecast Annual target setting and key assumptions development (including tax rates, foreign exchange rates and share count) Annual Financial Plan (Budget) Strategic Plan – in coordination with BU and Corporate Function liaisons on the Corporate FP&A team Preparation of financial presentations to the Board of Directors, Board Audit Committee and senior leadership Ad-hoc analysis for executive financial questions Coordination with Corporate Controller functions, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury, Financial Shared Services Position Description Support the development of consolidated enterprise monthly forecast, quarterly forecast, annual financial plan and strategic plan Assess key forecast assumptions including, share count, tax rates, and foreign exchange rates Assess risks & opportunities to cash flow forecasts Drive the preparation of presentations to the Board and executive leadership Support Investor Relations on explanation of public disclosure press table results, earnings guidance assumptions, and investor messaging Support Global Consolidation & Reporting with public disclosure preparation Coordinate development of the annual financial plan including target setting, budget consolidation and support of executive review Support consolidation and preparation of enterprise strategic plan for executive and Board review Minimum Requirements 7+ years of overall professional work experience, including 5+ years of financial or accounting experience
Critical Skills 5+ years of experience analyzing financial statements, forecasts, month end close and budgets Excellent financial modeling and problem-solving skills Intermediate to advanced level on MS Excel and Power Point Strong internal and external customer service and relationship building skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Intermediate to advanced accounting knowledge Excellent project management skills Intellectual curiosity Additional Knowledge & Skills Financial systems experience with ability to reconcile information from multiple sources; Hyperion Financial Management experience a plus Experience collaborating with C-suite executives Corporate FP&A, financial reporting & consolidating experience Multinational corporate finance experience is a plus Education Bachelor's degree in business, economics, science, mathematics, or related disciplines

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position $118,100 - $196,900
