As the Senior Data Science Manager for Lyft Media, you will work in a dynamic environment, where we embrace moving quickly to build the world's best transportation. We're looking for a passionate, driven Senior Manager of Data Science with strong experience in the Advertising/AdTech industry to take on some of the most interesting and impactful problems and lead some of the best scientists in the industry.
This role will be overseeing the teams on Lyft Media and Lyft Business. You will be working on one of the most profitable and fastest growing revenue centers in our company.
As a trusted leader in the broader Data Science org, you will define and drive the Data Science strategy, vision, and roadmap for Lyft Media, while ensuring that the team has all the necessary tools and infrastructure to perform their work. You will also be responsible for building and executing a strategy for self-service data science and analytics experiences across the organization.
In this role, you will be a key partner to Product, Engineering, Science, Operations leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of what the organization and our partners need. You will be managing a team of data scientists and 1 DS Manager to start, with potential for additional team expansion.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Advertising/AdTech industry and strong technical know-how to build at scale. This candidate should be able to navigate complex technical topics, strategic problem solving, and team development to deliver business impact. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
