About the Role Lyra is looking for a Strategy and Operations Sr. Manager to advise and drive the long-term growth strategy for our Lyra Care clinical programs. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a strong strategic advisor and problem solver, who can break down ambiguous growth challenges into actionable, data driven solutions for an executive audience. This person is energized by tackling hard / ambiguous problems, understanding all of the drivers to sustainably grow clinical programs, a dynamic work environment, and expanding access to high-quality mental health care.
\n ResponsibilitiesServe as key advisor to program leadership on their growth strategy by owning operational forecast models and relevant analysesObsess over how programs are performing against forecast and why, and incorporate learnings to project forward-looking program healthDrive high-priority strategic projects to help programs achieve growth goals across clinical programs (e.g., evaluation of pricing model, strategic review of each program's cost structure, etc.)Lead our team's operational forecast pillar as a 'player-coach', including the mentorship and people management of current team memberLead cross-functional partnerships with finance and operations teams to support short and long-term planning Qualifications8+ years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, digital health, or related experiences. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time Senior Manager, Growth Strategy is $134,000 - $205,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
