\n What You'll DoDevelop business cases by evaluating performance, understanding customer needs, and analyzing the competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, credit, pricing, analytics, product teams, project management, and other stakeholders to analyze, strategize, design, and implement strategies that align with company objectives.Act as the primary point of contact for strategy change requests for the business, understand and anticipate their needs, and translate them into business requirements.Able to bring people together to solve problems, move and learn quickly, and win.Work across teams to centralize information and data, share insights, and bridge operations.Drive business prioritization for the changes and maintain a strong partnership with the product team.Able to structure data, insights into strategies for delivery, and keep people up to date on key principles for decisionsServe as a subject matter expert and deliver ad hoc presentations to leadership as required What You'll Need5+ years in business strategy, operations, analytics, product, or related fields, preferably with a background in financial services3+ years of project or product management experienceProficient in Excel and PowerPoint, SQL is a plusStrong analytical and communication skills
